Reiki Level I

Enjoy an uplifting and restorative afternoon of learning the healing art of Reiki. This class is open for individuals or attend together with a loved one. Treat yourself, loved one, friend, family, etc. to this loving experience as all are welcome to learn and practice together.

Reiki I is an introductory level class with a focus on self-healing. Usui Reiki I allows students to learn to tap into the power of healing energy that resides within each of us. This class includes the Reiki principles, Gassho Meditation, Chakras and how they affect our wellbeing on a daily basis, Nutrition and the Energy Body, Intuition, Animal Spirit Guides, Self Healing Positions, as well as positions for healing others.
Practice time will be given to allow for hands-on practice and answer any questions. Each person will receive an attunement, which opens the students energy channels to receive the flow of Reiki Energy. All participants will also receive a manual in a binder for taking notes. Upon completion of the class, each student will also receive a Reiki I Certificate.

Reiki Level II
(Pre-Requisite: Reiki Level I)

Deepening your practice, Reiki Level II will include Reiki Symbols and their uses, Distance Healing, Mental and Emotional Healing and Clearing as well as Practices for sending Reiki to Past, Present and Future and how it applies to both past lives, setting personal goals and future events. Multi-Sensory techniques including sound vibration, essential oils and crystals will also be covered. This class also includes a Reiki II Manual, Attunement and Certificate.

ART/MASTER Level Training
(Level I and II must be complete at least 6 -12 months prior)
Advanced Reiki Techniques including deepening your Reiki practice through visualization, accessing different levels of consciousness, Reiju Meditation for self and others, as well as personal applications to deepen and perform sessions. In this course, you will learn about the master symbol and how to use it as well as how to learn how to attune others. You will also learn how to teach Reiki to others and share this amazing gift. This class also includes an ART/Master Manual, Attunement and Certificate.

Youth Reiki I Class Includes: All Supplies, Manual, Attunement and Certificate
*Students are asked to please bring a nut-free lunch, dress comfortably, and welcome to bring a journal. Art and writing supplies will be provided.
Usui Reiki is a Healing Energy that flows through the body as it helps to calm, relax and balance the mind and body. From a young age, children are especially receptive to this healing energy. In this class participants will learn ways to help calm themselves, to be more confident, creative and peaceful. Reiki can help them to trust their abilities, intuition and provide life skills to be their highest potential. Children are our future and Reiki can provide them healing skills that they can use both on themselves and others, throughout their lifetime.

As a certified educator (Pre-K through Grade 12) I have designed this class to be hands-on and experiential through a variety of exercises including use of sound/music, meditation, visualization and art. Participants will learn how to use their hands to scan for energy and vitality, how to practice Reiki on themselves as well a how to treat others. An introduction to Reiki history, techniques, the chakras, use of sacred objects, hand positions for treating the self and others will all be covered in a relaxing, supportive and creative atmosphere.

Building off of the foundation of Reiki Level I, students will deepen their skills in energy flow, learn and practice Distance Reiki as well as Reiki on others and animals. and animals. Participants will learn about the chakras, meridians and energy body of both humans and animals, increase energy flow, as well as experiencing healing of other dimensions including relationships, situations (personal and global) and past, present and future applications. This level two class will cover the Reiki symbols and hand positions in a relaxing, supportive and creative atmosphere. Reiki Level II may also increase intuition, creativity and self-expression.
